Shipping:
Orders will be despatched within two working days. Canvas sends your goods by registered post which provides secure delivery worldwide. Your order receives priority handling and is insured. Irish residents should receive their order within 10 working days. UK residents within two weeks. For the rest of the world, please allow three weeks.

Delivery:
Deliveries are sent to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

Returns:
We will exchange or refund any item returned within 30 days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof of postage from your post office. If the return is the the result of an error by Canvas, we will refund the delivery change otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable.

If your order is not received intact, Canvas is happy to refund you or resend your order.
