Ordering:
You will get an email when we receive your order.
You will
get another email when after you order has been shipped which will give
the delivery confirmation number.
If it transpires
that the goods you have paid for are unavailable or out of stock, we will
refund you the full cost.
You are responsible
for purchasing goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment
of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.
Shipping:
Orders will be despatched within two working days. Canvas sends your goods
by registered post which provides secure delivery worldwide. Your order
receives priority handling and is insured.
Irish residents should receive their order within 10 working days. UK
residents within two weeks. For the rest of the world, please allow three
weeks.
Delivery:
Deliveries are sent to the address stipulated in your order. You must
ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
Situations
which may occur out of our control are not the responsibility of Canvas.
This includes delays as a result of postal strikes in Ireland and the
stipulated destination.
Cancellations:
If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund
to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, if any.
If you cancel your order after we have despatched the goods, you must return
them to us within seven days in the same condition in which you received
them. You must pay for the cost of returning them.
Returns:
We will exchange
or refund any item returned within 30 days with which you are not happy,
as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact. Please note
that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask
for proof of postage from your post office. If the return is the the result
of an error by Canvas, we will refund the delivery change otherwise the
delivery charge is non-refundable.
If
your order is not received intact, Canvas is happy to refund you or resend
your order. To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, email
hello (at) canvas.ie for a returns reference to be placed below our address
/ returns label. Goods must be returned with 30 days with proof of purchase.
You must pay for the cost of returning them.
